Post Carrier use during the Korean War

I am looking for information and photographs of any Universal Type Carriers used during the Korean War by any forces. I had a history teacher who was former US Army Signal Corp during the Korean War. He was attached to a British element, and remembers them using alot of carriers.

What countries used them?
What did they use them for (signal, artillery tractors, etc.)?

Chris, go to http://www.awm.gov.au/database/collection.asp and search for "Bren Carrier" during the "Korean War" to find nearly fifty hits. The Royal Australian Regiment used Australian-built LP carriers in Korea.

Default Korea and Aust Carriers

There are several photographs of Australian soldiers and carriers in Korea on the State Library of Victoria website. This website is also the home of the "Argus", a newspaper archive which contains thousands of Australian wartime images. Type is "Korea" in the photo search engine and you should find what you are looking for.
(Victoria is a state in Australia - a nice place but full of Victorians)

Default Korean cariers

To the best of my knoledge we had one UC. It didn't work. When I was getting near the end of my time my Company Commander sent me back to the transport platoon. They had one UC and it was supposed to be used for casualty evacuation. Unfortunately it wouldn't run. The problem was with the Ford Double point distributer system which were not readily available in Korea. The platoon Sergean said if I could get it running it was mine. I had a friend at the LAD and figured he could solve the problem by brazing new points on on the plate. Sounded like a good idea to me and the Sergeant liked it. The platoon Commander came back from leave and said "he didn't want anyone in the platoon who would not be there for the long haul. " I was sent back to "C" Coy. But that is another story (LOL). I'm sorry but I am having a difficult time containing myself. I arrived back at "C" Coy and I just took over my old section. The new section commander didn't know wether to shit or go blind. The men in the section are obeying me and he is whatever

The CSM became aware of the situation . And made me acting COS
