Default post 1942 Australian Cammo colours.

In Steven Talberts Formations book he shows drawings for post 1942 camoflage patterns for a variety of vehicles including American vehicles like Federal Tractor Units and Mack NO.

Below is a CMP semi with bow fronted trailer found on page 216. Now as you can see it talks of Aust. Service Green #3 with a dark green and a grey.

Can anyone tell me which actual colours these may have been?
I want to know so I can reproduce these colours for my models. I do have the formula for Australian Service Green (both pre and post 1942) Australian Light earth and Light Stone courtesy of Mike Cecil of the AWM but I don't have these two colours and it is the grey I am really interested in.
