Default Commonwealth trucks in US Army service

Further to US Army Air Force CMP Fords in Tunisia, also see the pictures below.


Dodge D15, driven by an American soldier:

I am not sure this Dodge is a Commonwealth-built truck, but it is pictured in Ghana which was a British colony back then:
