Default high prices

The price would reflect against its location, just outside Sydney. It would be easy to retrieve. Low cost to transport for someone who doesn't own a 5+ tonne truck to get a CMP home. I was going to stop by and have a gander as its only an hour or so from me purely for a photo fest.

As long as people dont drive too far to get 'things' I am happy. Most city people have never been to a clearing sale, so they have never seen a few acres of machinery. Let alone a Blitz!
