Mystery door handle
This outer door handle is a mystery to me. WW2 shade of flat OD and I suspect Canadian origin. It has 2” long shank with a threaded end. 1-3/4” hole spacing for mounting to a door. The threaded end is the unique feature. Any ideas of the application?

Is it an illusion or is there very little clearance between the tip of the handle and a flat mounting surface, suggesting a curved mounting surface for more finger clearance?

Handle
This handle doesn’t look familiar to me, but I am sure that it’s a trunk handle. I know that some GM cars had a threaded shaft with a nut on the trunk handle.

I’ll pursue the truck lid idea. Sorry about the poor positioning of the handle in the photo but it looks like a normal door handle.
