Unfortunately, Bill passed away almost 2 years ago. He was a man of class and is missed in our organization.

I was never sure why his passion was so strong for the Burma Buggy, as he took apart a very viable HUP project in order to make it. But I guess each of us has his own quirks of passion, and it could have been something as simple as a photograph on this forum.
