OMVA swap meet & AGM Mar.12,2016 in Acton

Our next swap meet is being scheduled for March 12th 2016. It will take place at the Legion in Acton again. At 12:00 on the same day the Annual General Meeting for the club will commence. I will post the agenda a week or two prior to the meeting. The meeting will be short and will include motions to clean up the bylaws a little. A Financial report along with the plans for the coming year will be discuss. I hope to have more information about the Rally at the Milton Steam Show on Labour Day weekend by that time.

We are still looking into electronic payment. We will not likely be using pay pal . Most likley electronic fund transfer via bank transfer. After we get our feet on the ground Barry Churcher may choose to send a request to all members to renew their membership. We need a little time though to get all the banking set up and an email list so Barry and Brian can start taking care of this issue.
