Default Carb rebuild kit Solex type 40 NNIP

Anyone know where I can get this?
It is for a 1956 Saracen.

Hi Peter,
Contact Richard Banister in the UK, on wjrbanister@btconnect.com he has a comprehensive stock of Rolls B range spares, as well as Saracen spares!

regards, Richard

Hello Richard, I am not aware of overhaul kits being available in Australia, however, I am aware of NOS 40NNIP carbies here in the land of OZ, purchased one for my B60 equiped Humber and spotted another couple in the pile. PM me if you wish and I can pass on the details.

Cheers,

Dave.

Default carb problem fixed

Thanks to both of you for your information.
I have a carb off a rebuilt Saracen coming from wjrbanister@btconnect.com. He had rebuild kits available but hardly any carb shops do a flow test anymore. If it didn't work after rebuilding I wouldn't be sure if it was just my rebuild job or something else that went wrong.
Mr. Banister was very helpful and nice to deal with. I strongly recommend him.
Thanks, I might be back.
