Default How much is a 19 set worth?

Saw a 19 set for sale up country for $357, appears to be complete, is that a good price? I don't know if it functions or not.

Default Buy

Colin, in my opinion, $357 is a good value as long as the unit is relatively complete and in nice shape. Most recently I have seen operational units in the $500 to $800 range.
If you're just looking for a "display" model I think it would be a decent price.

I wasn't that interested in getting the set, as I have no vehicle to mount it in (except for a 1968 Land rover)

It is located in Clinton BC as is a old carrier chassis (see pictures on Doug's heavy metal site)

Sorry, don't have it, but if you look up the village of Clinton BC, they should be able to give you the number of the guy, it is the first antique dealer coming into town from Vancouver.
