I have a 12000 lb ramsey winch that came of my MB and also a power take off the winch is worth about $400 or trade
and the power take off about $600 located near Van B.C

Princess auto/Winnipeg...
...was selling NOS pto winches that were military and dropped in to the frame rails at the front of the vehicle. They sold the for years but I haven't seen them up for sale lately the last time was about 2 years ago. THough they may still have them. I am reasonably sure they were what you wanted.
