Hi Cliff:
Good to see both of us back at it!!
Hope you are well, I am but busy as hell with the Christmans shopping rush at the shop.
I would call the car a 35 Chev.

My "interest" in Gas Producer powered vehicles comes mainly as a result of purchasing bound issues of the Swedish magazine "Motor" from 1938-1945 when I lived there.
The 1940 issues seemed to be devoted almost entirely to the invention, design and production of such power systems.
They even had a huge national performance contest with multiple classes of vehicles involved.

It is my impression that Sweden and Switzerland were early advocates of alternative fuel systems and further that they developed it much further than did the rest of Europe and that it became pretty much standardized on all civilian vehicles.

I will post some photos on this thread later when I get a day off (other than Thanksgiving day, I have not had a day off for 12 days now) and they will show that the Swedish apparatus was much more refined and integrated with the vehicles styling.

Thanks for the post.
Cheers
Bill
