Chev HUW info needed
Has anyone access to a Chev HUW to get some measurements and see how something is held in?
I would like to get an accurate measurement (length/width would do) for the outer chorehorse door on the upper rear left side (I had it from a kind gent in the UK but may have lost it) and second, any pics or details how the chorehorse cabinet (on the rear left) was secured to the vehicle. The info I have seems to indicate it was bolted on to the upper and lower side body frame rails, yet the leftovers on mine would imply it was welded in place with no bolts. This may be an early/late thing? But in any event the securing points seem very weak given the weight of the generator set and the momentum it would create going over bumpy roads. |

possibly....
Hi Bruce.....I may have what you need, but I can't promise. I can photo the area in question and provide what measurements. The door on my unit is no problem.....it's just the other stuff. Leave it with me till next weekend and we'll go from there. If you need anything else, let me know.
Cheers.....Robert |
