Clearing the interior
The interior after tons of mud had been cleaned out. Note the transmission (centre), and the driver's seat frame on the right, just behind the steering control levers. The hole on the floor at left is the escape hatch. There was no evidence whatsoever of any benches for the infantry ever having been installed. We suspect there never were such things, as the interior would have been a tight fit for any infantry section regardless.
