My pictures in the previous post is from a C15. I see on this picture that the boxes on these C15A is a bit different.

High resolution picture of same truck here:

Are the front and rear boxes identical except from the mounting brackets on this type?

If so, I have the rear ones (except lid) and would only need meassurements for the lid :rolleyes

There are definatly at least two types, probably one for C15 and another one for C15A.

The C15a is a one piece welded box with flat iron for brackets. The one for the C15 is plates bolted together with lips breaked to the plates for attaching it to the truck.

All four boxes are simular, besides left / right fitting and front and rear mounting brackets.

I have made some drawings for the C15A type and will scan them next week.

If anyone are interested in a copy, please let me know.

I still would like to have confirmed the size of the lid! Can anyone help out here?

It can't hurt to post them, just in case someone needs them in the future.

I will try to post them Ian. But no good at things like that. And pictures I post seems to just last a while and then turn up as a large red X :whinge

Svenn,

Please read Posting Images on how to attach pictures to your posts on MLU. It is our preferred way of working as we can assure pictures always remain with the thread they were posted in (so no more red x-es). Also, the pictures are not too large for people using mobile devices or slow connections.

Second option is to use the "Linked Thumbnail" of the surfacezero site (I have an account there, too). Click on the picture of your choice, then scroll down and copy the text in the box after Linked Thumbnail and copy it here. This is the result:

Hope this helps,
Hanno

Some drawings.

Dimmensions in metric millimeters.

End piece is welded in all four cornes onto the wall piece, and spot welded along the lip.

Size on lid is estimated from pictures and box. Not confirmed. Should have rounded corners.

Please contact me if you miss anything.
