A friend sent me this link to a site that has some photos scanned from (in most cases) an old collection of pics from a second-hand 39/45 (french) magazine. The title of the article is "Jeep and Dodge in Burma" by Alain Henry de Frahan. http://danielcesar.fotopic.net/c145848.html

In the middle is a photo showing an Aussie pattern CMP ambulance and other CMP's. Photo captioned 'British (cough cough) trucks and jeep in the forground with wading equipment'
Cheers

That's an interesting collection of photographs.

Tha ambulance is similar to the Aussie Chev but is a Canadian one (look at the cowl vent). Here's the Holden-built version:

Cliff, your link does not work, probably because you use the "http" button to insert the link. If you do so, make sure to post the URL in both pop-up boxes.
When pasting an URL, it is not really necessary because by default the software will automatically add "" and "" around internet addresses.

Hope this helps,
Hanno

OK thanks Hanno. I thought it was just me having had too much pain medication when the Http box popped up twice. There will be other links done the same in the past by me as well.

cheers
