The Weapons of War books would not survive if they were aimed at milveh owners as the market just isn't there. However, they sell like hotcakes in hobby shops and museums where, it is hoped, they will provide some insight to young Canadians on Canada's military history. Of course the small format and low price point ($9.95) make these attractive as impulse items.
However, even in their small size they each run between 6,000 and 6,500 words of original, researched, text and 20-22 photos, many of which have not been previously published.
I do have plans to publish a big book on Canadian jeeps, as well as one on softskins and a big book on the Ram. Hopefully one (or all) of these will keep you busy on those winter nights when it is just too cold to go and cuddle with your milveh.
