For your compressor you should have a water removal systeme install because you compressor is in your basement and the air is cold and moisty and the compressor will be run in hot the water will be hig in your systeme if you need pic i could show you my systeme wit water free at the end
one more thing you should have a pipe or a buket to remouve you water in the base of the air tanks it will make a mess and mabe your wife will not be happy
