This is about the C15A Wireless Sigs which I was fortunate enough to have on loan for about a year around 1976.
I've dug out a couple more images of it then with the purpose of comparing it with the one in Sid Beck's museum in Mareeba and I've come to the conclusion it is reasonable to assume they are one and the same, even though some 3,000 miles and 32 years separate the two images. ![]() and ![]() The mirrors have changed and it's had a coat of paint; the park lights have been replaced and there are a couple of more recent registration stickers, but in other aspects it's the same including the bar inserted in the spring bumper to hold the chain for the spare wheel. Will find out for sure in a couple of weeks when Belinda and I go to Far North Queensland for 10 days of CMP point generation. (I don't think a simple diversion to a military museum will use too many of them).
