M38A1 CDN 2 Ambulance
Our Ambulance would not start, we ask a friend tecknitian to see why.
It is missing the cap in the distributor. Would some good fellow give us a part number PLEASE? Gilles

you CAN NOT purchase this part from your auto parts supplier, you will need to contact one of the military jeep parts dealers within the military vehicle hobby, if the cap is missing the 3 screws that hold it in are most likely also missing, hope this helps,

The distributor shaft can be installed 180deg out of alignment. Mine is set up that way, so the normal plug wire set up is wrong.
If you are going to be at work this weekend or into the week, you are welcome to come rummage thru my M38A1 parts bins.
