Default CMP Headlight adjustment hardware for ford f60

I'm currently in the process restoring a cab 13 ford f60 and right now I'm working on refinishing the headlight pods. In the process I've run into a bit of a problem where one of the jack nuts for the adjustment screws disintegrated during disassembly and I was wondering if anyone would know where I might be able to source a modern equivalent in either Canada or the U.S.

Default Screws

I think that these would be suitable.

Those look like they might work, I also found some universal fit ones from dorman that I may give a try.

Not sure if these would work.

Page 201 of the Filling Station catalog also has these screws at .50 each. Top right corner.

In the end I might just try my hand at making some I just have to decide weather I want to bother with trying to extrude brass into a jack nut or buy a nylon rod and use a dremel to carve them out
