Default Bracket studs

Hi Guys,
Is there anyone who can tell me where I can buy the 1/2" u n f studs that join the bracket together that surounds the rear axcel on a carrier,the bracket part number according to the workshop manual is 708 for either left or right side, its called bracket & cap assy are they available as new parts from anyone here in Australia? I require 8 of them.

Hi Ron, for the amount of time it might take to find them you might be just as well off getting a 1/2" unf die and make your own. I've done it quite a bit on 3168 and it certainly does save time. ( various sizes of course )
If you do, just use cutting paste and take your time. She'll be right.

Default Bracket bolts

Hi Colin/
Thanks mate I have just got home with a fist full of 1/2" Hi tensile bolts and plan to cut the heads off and extend the thread along the rest of the bolt.
I was hoping to take the easy way out and just buy some, I must be getting lazy after all its only a bit of time really.
