Understand that the Canadian armed forces recently surplused soem single axel trailers that were set up with some cauldrons and storage for stoves and mess gear.
Also, I understand that the British did NOT have a mess trailer like the German Goulash Kannon, but offloaded from trucks the soyer stoves for field cooking. The use of the German style trailer is, I think , post war. But for my project, it would work. Any leads?? Jim |
