1955 Chev Model 1543

Hi guys,
I have a friend who has purchased a 1955 Chev Model 1543 truck. Its a 2 ton, dual rear wheel with an inline 6 engine.
Vin 51543629215

He's trying to source rear brake shoes and having no luck anywhere. They appear to be 14x4.
Anybody dealt with one of these before?
