German softskin ID

I was checking out a few army vehicles on the weekend and came across this one and am wondering what it is. It has German writing on the far side door. The picture isn't very good. My computer won't read this disk out of my Sony digital camera so I scanned the digital display on the camera and this is how it turned out.
