Hi Pieter,

First of all, a happy new year to all of you!

I hope I can answer your question, on our artillery tractor it is mounted on the cylinder head studs.

I hope the pics will tell,

Groet,

Stefan

Default Special Head Bolts

Hi Pieter

There are special head bolts, will find photos of them and post. The good thing is that the filter body should be the military standard. There is service bulletin that covers this filter and location for the oil filter.

More information to follow.

Cheers Phil

Default Which Pattern Cab? What year?

Hi Pieter

Just so we get you the correct information are we talking early or late. There are several good threads with photos and details on MLU.

But always room for discussion, also what filter parts do you have to start working with.

Cheers Phil

Hi Phil

we are talking late, I have added 2 pictures
one of the Bracket
one of the engine .

The bracket does not seem to fit , so I guessing that for this engine I need a whole other bracket
