Default Engine Cover Grill

Can anbody advise me as to what type of mesh the engine grill on my No2, Mk2 carreir should be made of.
When I bought it a new grill had been put on made out of sheet steel pressed out at an angle.
About 3 years ago I saw a Carrier at the War and Peace show with a mesh mad out of flat steel which looked origanal. I have attached 2 photos, one of the existing grill on my carrier and one of some flat mesh i recently have got.
Thanks Stephen

Hello Stephen. Here is the mesh on my MK2. Which I think is original. I can get a closer shot if required. Ron

Still having trouble downloading my photos. Your mesh looks like the existing mesh on my carrier. I take it yours is all origanal.
