			I've had a lathe of the vintage shown for some 40 years, but never taken any courses in using it.  All I've learned has been from books and lots of trial and many many errors. 
		
		
		
		
		
		
			So I got a kick out of noting several things in the film that I've been doing wrong all along. Hope you can teach an old dog new tricks. The related videos look interesting will have to spend some time browsing, better than what is on TV anyway. Cheers Phil

			There is a guy who has many machining training videos on U tube, TUBALCAIN ( spelling might be incorrect, it's a biblical thing apparently ) .He takes you through many lathe jobs , he was a high school teacher .
