Tyres fitted were 9.00-13 with 5 stud wheels, but not the same as other makes with the PCD of the studs. I restored a military staff car version some years ago and then found out about the variations of the 13 inch wheel stud patterns when searching for a set.

Your photo is of an early Humber wheel which should have a hub cap, later ones had a sling ring for lifting on to ships, etc and no cap. They would have been introduced around 1943 on.
If you are using a Ford axle, I think the Humber wheels will not fit due to a differing PCD of the wheel studs.

This is the truck i am building. The two early 41 lrdg v8s had those wheels. Hopefully you will agree the center strap shapes are identical. I will have to pursue the thought one of the early Humble models or another car with similar center screw hub caps had a PDC of 5x5.5. I see several photos of 1938-1939 military use Humble’s in Palestine. Perhaps some had a compatible brake drum with a 1940 Ford. Post 1941 LRDG Ford v8’s had different 13” rims which accepted a large moon hub cap.
