Default Vehicle Assembly in the field

While browsing the Pictures Australia site I came across these 3 photos of GMC-CCKW's being assembled on a production line in New Guinea. I also believe that well worn trucks were rebuilt using these 'facilities' as well.

I also have (I think) other photos showing the assembly of British trucks in India and other parts of the world if anyone thinks they may be of interest.

cheers
Cliff

Hi Les, nice to see how those trucks were crated up. Wonderfully done, almost a shame to uncrate them!

Thanks,
H.
