Actually, in the 1950's Perkins produced kits to re-engine a lot of petrol vehicles with the P6, amongst them would be Fords, Austin K2 and K4, Humber cars, Commers, Bedfords and so on. The CMP I was thinking of was a company that made concrete framed farm buildings and they had erection teams equiped mostly with ex-army modified vehicles with jibs on.
