Default Hinge Surgery

1. The hinge prior to welding
2. The hinge post welding and quenching
3. Drilling new holes
4. Stitching up the gap
5. Finally! The new hinge provides for the necessary clearance to allow the door to open and shut without binding. The real nice thing is that the mirror mount will hide most of the extended hinge.
