My tip would be to go and have a good look at that C15 close to your home. At least you will learn more about CMPs and see what you will get for around EUR 5500. And who knows what will happen when you turn up with EUR 4000 cash in hand . . .
If I were you I would not turn a CMP down on it's dash type and see if there's still some guilders stuffed in that old mattress in the attic and then hop on your bike to Waddinxveen

My budget is limited to +/- 4000 euro's though...
