If memory serves me right the original had a trench groove cut with angled walls that matched the special bolt with similar flat angular sides. No wonder they are no longer making them. Surely the end of a new flat rectifier grinding disc would do that in a jiff. Not precise but good enough..... the groove / bolt attachements is only to keep the pin in place from moving sideways. On my Chevy pins there was a grease groove cut around the pins centered o the grease outlet hole. Maybe the Ford was different. You also need to find the suitable bronze bushing. Bob
