Hey All
I am doing a memorial for my step-dads dad and need some elaboration on some info. His discharge papers show he was in the RCASC Tfd R.C.A. and I was told that he was a crew member in a tank where his crew were all killed but he was injured to the point that he was discharged because he was "unable to meet the required military fitness standards" in 1946. I was given a photo that shows him in a navy uniform with HMCS on the cap, does any one know what the Tfd stands for? I know what the RCASC is and pretty sure I know what the RCS is just never seen the Tfd part before. Gary
