Default Chev Ambulance

G'day all,

Rather than Hijack the Indian Pattern thread, I'll start another one.

Graham has asked me to help him gather some more information on his '42 Chev coach-built ambulance.

He was wanting to know if any one had any period photographs of this type of ambo, or any details of markings and/or which coach building firm built the ambulance body for them.

Graham's chev may be familiar to some because it has been used in an Australian made war movie or two.

I have seen a number of them in one of the series of documentaries called "ANZAC" featuring Bud Tingwell giving some of the commentary.

Thanks,

Robert.
