Default Quiet celebration

Hi All

Well D'Day 6th June 2015 has come and gone without a whimper here in Australia. I don't recall reading anything in the papers about it or on the TV News. I am sure it was not forgotten in Europe, Canada and in England. I wonder if that is because ANZAC troops did not take any significant part. As a Amateur Radio Operator I remembered and reminded a lot of people on the day whilst broadcasting on air .

Cheers

Tony
