Servex Distributor Timing Fixture Cat. No. U126 Ford V8

Does any one have information on the use of the above tool.
I have had it for years but now need to know how to use it.

I fell onto one on ebay that closed today at $250.00 It is the same number as mine, but the body is slightly different.
