R107 was a pretty big monster that ran stand alone or more commonly the receiver portion of a No.12 set. I don't think they were ever Canadian made. The little R103 is a 'staff car' radio made in Canada. I have the manual for it around here somewhere.

Aside, that's the second R103 I've seen so they aren't very common.
