Are you talking the wheels or the drums? Both 16" and 20" rims with fit either the 15" or 16" drums. The 16" (ie. 60cwt) front drum is bulged and the 15" front drum (ie. 15cwt and 30 cwt) were scalloped. My understanding is a 30cwt is basically a 134" wheelbase 15cwt (with 15" front drums) and a 60cwt can come in short (134") or regular (158") versions but had the bulged 16" front drum. Of course differential ratios were different as well.
