As I said it is on the glacious plate(upper nose) of a Canadian MK 2. I think Brad nailed it, that sounds feasable. Has anyone seen winterized on a carrier before?

If the suggestion of Winterized is correct, I think there is some more after the word, possibly the temperature to which it was winterized?
