Hi, may I ask anyone for outside diameter of oil cooler (incl. cooling fins) and also for the width and height of the whole cooler (rectangle)?
I assume from the above that inner diameter of pipe is 1/2. Many thanks for help in advance!

Early carriers had two pipes running through the cooler, later carriers had one single pipe, unsure of diameter though.
I recently learned this !

I can make them up and some pipe work too. I might have a spare set on one of my carriers to copy.

petr i made my oil cooler using an old finned oil cooler from a saracen which i took apart and reassembled using 22mm plumbing fittings to create the 90 angles and reducers at the pipe connection end. the whole thing only took a couple of hours and cost £4

Thanks all! Yes Rick, that sounds cool! I have source of finned pipes I can make cooler from, just need to know proper outer diameter.
