I dont have a Ford Manual however the information should still be same between a Ford and Chev. The Chev data plate describes your number as F60448-M-GS-6, F60 is Manufacturer Ford, model 60CWT, the 448 is 4 road wheels, 4 driving wheels and the 8 is the wheelbase so 158" wheelbase. The M is for Military as opossed to C for Civilian. The GS is the type of box it had, so yours is General Service. The 6 is the Mark or major design change, so yours is a Mk 6. Gary
