As you can see in the 4th photo how the hinge is wrong, which makes the glass sit out at the top,I am taking them in to work and bending them farther forward in the morning.

It looks to me like the hinge should be on the other side of the frame.

Ya it should lok like the third photo and set into the frame, thats why the hinge was wrong.

Good work - this is one of the harder parts to find for CMPs making new ones is a fiddly little job but with care you have produced what everyone will think is NOS parts. Cheers Phil
