You could try this company:http://www.vintagecarparts.co.uk/en/search.phtml They do list a yoke with pin in 7/16" but no seperate pins in that size. Might be worth giving them a call? Cheers,

Clevis pins are easy to make on a lathe ..I would use 4041 stock, and if required, harden them by quenching . Might be worthwhile asking around your neighbourhood for a hobby machinist . The business people generally charge too much for small one off jobs
Bright mild steel is not a good option as it is difficult to harden at home,as it needs to be case hardened. Mike
