			Kevin and Andrew, I would have used a PTFE packing as it has a lower coefficient of friction and no lubricant to contaminate brake surfaces or attract abrasives to wear the seal path on the backplate. Original was a dry asbestos, so PTFE is a superior substitute. regards, Richard
