Hi Larry:

I can be wrong, I often am nowadays but I tend to agree with Richard on this one.

The Austin had 3 very distinctive vertical louvers in the side of the motor hood and the Hillman had sort of a wedge shaped single louver panel which was slanted at the rear.

Sadly, your photo has a winter mask over the radiator/grille so we cannot see that part but even though I could not get my photo edit program to give me a better look at the motor hood, I feel pretty strongly that I see the wedge shaped panel with the slant behind the blackout lamp.
