Default F15A surely ?

Looks like a F15A to me

The Morris CS8 is of interest to me , the larger metal Cs8's offered on EBAY are very expensive .

Hi Mike,
Looking at the website, I think the following paragraph on there explains it;
Quote:
"The kit contains Cab11 and 2B1 body. Cab 11 sprue in the kit contains both, Chevrolet and Ford parts, if different (air intakes used in test build belong to Ford cab, and they were used because Chevy parts came from our producer later. In any case, the kit brings three options of air intakes - non for very early variant, circular for Chevy and square for Ford) Limited eddition of the kit will also contain parts to convert Cab11 into Cab12"
regards,
Richard

Thumbs up

I have one of their kits here and had a hand in supplying a few measurements for the model. This is a finely detailed kit of the C15A and is true to scale. Mirror Models intend on having a complete lineup of all CMP vehicles from 15cwt up to 3 ton in both Ford and Chev. Not sure about the 8cwt though.

If they make a Lego CMP??

After several attempts with my 5 year old nephew. The only result we have come up with looks pretty ordinary...

Not from Mirror Models you can't. All these are in 1/35 scale which I (for one) do not regard as tiny! Now, if they did them all again in 1/76 scale I might well be tempted.

So from the above are you saying that the Chevrolet 35101 has the wrong gearbox from a Ford? Do they do a Ford F15 as well?

Having said that they are still great kits

NB - For small scale I think 1/72 would be better as most kits are in this scale now.

I like the water truck. Now if I drop the tank on the Cab 13 it would be even better.
