Yes the Truck is in Moncton, I see Bill and the Truck monthly, Great guy and also has one of the best Canadian m-38 I have ever seen, then again just about all of it was NOS.

Default Better late than never

In Answer to the front tires being on backwards, yes they are.
In 1943 the idea was to leave it in 2 wheel drive until you got stuck. When you got bogged down, you put in 4 wheel drive reverse and the tires were suppose
To kick you back out. This idea didn't last long I guess. Anyway, this information was provided to me by a fellow I trust completely.
