If they were used in the 113, they would most likely have been painted in the standard seafoam green colour that is used on the interior components of the M113 family here in Canada. Looking at the photos, those look like they are silver. The fact that the webbing doesn't appear to be painted over suggests that is the way they came. Food for thought.
