I would like to have started with that much. There are two carrier projects in England that started out worse. There is a Loyd, project that has started from far worse.
And yes, he deserves a medal!

This Carrier was together with several carriers , and some Loyd`s on the Firing range in Elsenborn . They all had typical Belgian army lighting modifications , so they must have been used till the 60ies . The Loyd now under restauratin came also from the same batch.

The increase in Carrier prices has brought a huge number Carrier Projects on to the market but the bubble has burst now for those thinking they can get vast inflated sums for their vehicles, restored or otherwise.

W.E.L.L, theoretically speaking it did come off a range and at one time the Bulge was one BIG range, so an obscure link could be made!!!

![]() I have seen a couple of other photos of that mk3 welded carrier wreck from when it was recovered from Elsenborn along with the two Loyds that I acquired. The carrier may be of use for small parts but anything large will be too distorted to use.....I know all about that! However it's often the small parts that are hardest to find. The key is to have an many wrecks as possible, thus on the law of averages you should improve your chances of building one good machine. If I hadn't had two, the project would have died long ago.
